Monthly Bookkeeping
Your Books Kept To Suit Your Business — Not Your Bookkeeper’s Process
Our ongoing services are tailored to your needs. If you want to be “hands-off,” we can do everything from paying the bills to handling collections and provide you with regular reports.
If you prefer to stay “hands-on,” we’ll do the parts you don’t want to do and still provide you with monthly or quarterly financial reports.
Either way, you control the process, and we implement it to your specifications.

Payroll services
Payroll & Subcontractor Payments
We have relationships established with PayChex, ADP, Gusto and Quickbooks Online payroll services and are happy to manage your W2 and 1099 needs.

QuickBooks®

- Cleanup (audit & fix of Quickbooks files)
- QuickBooks® Training for you or your staff on essential functions such as daily data entry — this is NOT a complete course in Quickbooks.

Getting Started
New to Bookkeeping Services?
If this is your first time using a bookkeeping service, you might be wondering, “where do I start?”
January 1 : Individuals and new businesses often start formal record-keeping with a new year.
On-Boarding History: It may be necessary to backload records for prior months or years. This is generally a dedicated project done before or in conjunction with monthly bookkeeping.
PRO-TIP : Avoid partial year recording. The best financial reports include all 12 months of data. Backloading prior years will show year-to-year comparisons. Invaluable for profit projecting and catching negative trends!
My business was “me, myself, and I” with no outside help… that is, until I hired Perennial Bookkeeping. I’m a writer, not a “numbers” person. But with Kellie patiently answering my questions and teaching me how to look objectively at my finances, I can make better business decisions. Also, because Kellie showed me the benefits of being on the Quickbooks system, I’m more relaxed and organized when I see my accountant at tax time.
Good, bad, or ugly, understanding where I am financially is the only way I will be able to continue to do the work that I love — with Perennial Bookkeeping by my side, that’s now possible.
I highly recommend Kellie at Perennial Bookkeeping. I worked with another bookkeeper for several years, and I was never happy. With Kellie at Perennial Bookkeeping, I have been VERY happy. She never lets me down!! I now realize what a bookkeeper is really supposed to do. This year, I had my taxes completed earlier than I have in over a decade! Thank you, Kellie!
As a solopreneur running my nutrition coaching business, my clients are my priority, but like many small business owners, I wear many hats …sometimes too many! I finally took off my “bookkeeper’s” hat and handed it over to Kellie at Perennial Bookkeeping; this gave me the time I needed to serve my clients better. Also, I now have time for my marketing and program building and more time for my family.
Choosing to have Perennial Bookkeeping Service take over my books is the best decision I could have made for my biz!
